# §174.32. Publication.


Within 90 calendar days after issuing a protest review decision, CBP will publish the decision in the Customs Bulletin or otherwise make it available for public inspection. Disclosure is governed by 6 CFR part [5](/cfr/6/part5.md) and [19](/cfr/6/part19.md) CFR [part 103](/cfr/19/part103.md).
