# §122.111. Application.


Cargo (including manifested baggage) which arrives and is transported under Customs control in, through, or from, the U.S. may be transported in bond under this subpart. If cargo is not transported under this subpart, it shall be transported under other provisions of this chapter. (See subparts [I](/cfr/19/subpartI.md) and [J](/cfr/19/subpartJ.md) of this part, and parts [18](/cfr/19/part18.md) and [123](/cfr/19/part123.md) of this chapter.)
