# §114.21. Acceptance.


A carnet executed in accordance with [§ 114.3](/cfr/19/114.3.md) shall be accepted provided that when the carnet is presented an association for the guaranteeing of such carnets has been approved in accordance with [§ 114.11](/cfr/19/114.11.md) and such approval has not been terminated as provided for in [§ 114.12](/cfr/19/114.12.md).
