# §111.75. Appeal from the Executive Assistant Commissioner's decision.


An appeal from the order of the Executive Assistant Commissioner suspending or revoking a license or permit, or assessing a monetary penalty, may be filed by the broker in the Court of International Trade as provided in [section 641(e)](/cfr/19/641.md?p=e), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ([19 U.S.C. 1641(e)](/usc/19/1641.md?p=e)). The commencement of those proceedings will, unless specifically ordered by the Court, operate as a stay of the Executive Assistant Commissioner's order.
