# §806.13. Submission of application.


Sponsors of projects subject to review and approval of the Commission under [§ 806.4](/cfr/18/806.4.md), [§ 806.5](/cfr/18/806.5.md) or [§ 806.6](/cfr/18/806.6.md), or project sponsors seeking renewal of an existing approval of the Commission, shall submit an application and applicable fee to the Commission, in accordance with this subpart.
