# §806.10. Purpose of this subpart.


The purpose of this subpart is to set forth procedures governing applications required by §§ [806.4](/cfr/18/806.4.md), [806.5](/cfr/18/806.5.md), [806.6](/cfr/18/806.6.md) and [18 CFR part 801](/cfr/18/part801.md).
