# §801.13. Proviso.

- (a) This part is promulgated pursuant to sections [3.1](/cfr/18/3.1.md), [3.5(1)](/cfr/18/3.5.md?p=1), and [15.2](/cfr/18/15.2.md) of the Compact and shall be construed and applied subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Compact and of the provisions of Pub. L. 91-575, 84 Stat. 1509: Provided, Any provision in this statement of general policies that is inconsistent with the Compact itself shall be null and void.
