# §50.9. Notice of application.

- (a) Notice of each application filed, except when rejected in accordance with [§ 50.8](/cfr/18/50.8.md), will be issued and subsequently published in the Federal Register.
- (b) The notice will establish prompt and binding intermediate milestones and ultimate deadlines for the review of, and Federal authorization decisions relating to, the proposed facilities.
