# §5.7. Tribal consultation.


A meeting shall be held no later than 30 days following filing of the notification of intent required by [§ 5.5](/cfr/18/5.5.md) between each Indian tribe likely to be affected by the potential license application and the Commission staff if the affected Indian tribe agrees to such meeting.
