# §5.30. Critical energy infrastructure information.


If any action required by this part requires a potential Applicant or Applicant to reveal Critical Energy Infrastructure Information, as defined by [§ 388.113(c)](/cfr/18/388.113.md?p=c) of this chapter, to the public, the Applicant must follow the procedures set out in [§ 4.32(k)](/cfr/18/4.32.md?p=k) of this chapter.
