# §401.3. Other agencies.


Projects of the federal agencies affecting the water resources of the Basin, subject to the limitations in [Section 1.4](/cfr/18/1.4.md) of the Compact, shall be governed by [Section 11.1](/cfr/18/11.1.md) of the Compact. Projects of the signatory states, their political subdivisions and public corporations affecting the water resources of the Basin, shall be governed by the provisions of [Section 11.2](/cfr/18/11.2.md) of the Compact.
