# §401.106. Records Access Officer.


The Executive Director shall designate a Commission employee as the Records Access Officer. The Records Access Officer shall be responsible for Commission compliance with the provisions of this part. All requests for agency records shall be sent to the Records Access Officer in a manner consistent with [§ 401.108(a)](/cfr/18/401.108.md?p=a).
