# §4.71. Contents of application.


An application for license for transmission line only must contain the following information in the form specified.

- (a) **Initial statement.**
- (b) **Required exhibits.** The application must contain the following exhibits, as appropriate:
  - (1) For any transmission line that, at the time the application is filed, is not constructed and is proposed to be connected to a licensed water power project with an installed generating capacity of more than 10 MW—Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, and G under [§ 4.41](/cfr/18/4.41.md);
  - (2) For any transmission line that, at the time the application is filed, is not constructed and is proposed to be connected to a licensed water power project with an installed generating capacity of 10 MW or less—Exhibits E, F, and G under [§ 4.61](/cfr/18/4.61.md); and
  - (3) For any transmission line that, at the time the application is filed, has been constructed and is proposed to be connected to any licensed water power project—Exhibits E, F, and G under [§ 4.61](/cfr/18/4.61.md) of this chapter.
