# §4.5. Time for filing protest.


Thirty days after service thereof will be allowed to such licensee within which to file a protest to such reports. If no protest is filed within the time allowed, the Commission will issue such order as may be appropriate. If a protest is filed, a public hearing will be ordered in accordance with [subpart E of part 385](/cfr/18/part385-subpartE.md) of this chapter.
