# §385.2009. Notice (Rule 2009).


Unless actual notice is given or unless newspaper notice is given as required by law, notice by the Commission is provided by the Secretary only by publication in the Federal Register. Actual notice is usually given by service under [Rule 2010](/cfr/18/2010.md).
