# §301.1. Applicability.


The regulations in this part apply to the sales of electric power by any Utility to the Bonneville Power Administration (Bonneville) under [section 5(c)](/cfr/18/5.md?p=c) of the Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act (Northwest Power Act).
