# §284.6. Rate interpretations.

- (a) **Procedure.** A pipeline may obtain an interpretation pursuant to [subpart L of part 385](/cfr/18/part385-subpartL.md) of this chapter concerning whether particular rates and charges comply with the requirements of this part.
- (b) **Address.** Requests for interpretations should be addressed to: FERC [Part 284](/cfr/18/part284.md) Interpretations, Office of General Counsel, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20426.
