# §281.212. Draft tariff and index of entitlements.

- (a) Each interstate pipeline shall prepare draft tariff sheets or sections and a draft index of entitlements in accordance with this subpart.
- (b) The draft tariff sheets or sections and index of entitlements shall be served on all customers of the interstate pipeline no later than August 1 of each year.
- (c) Copies of all documents received by the interstate pipeline under [§ 281.210](/cfr/18/281.210.md), the draft tariff sheets or sections and the draft index of entitlements shall be served on the Data Verification Committee no later than August 1 of each year.
