# §154.314. Other support for a filing.

- (a) Any company filing for a rate change is responsible for preparing prior to filing, and maintaining, workpapers sufficient to support the filing.
- (b) If the natural gas company has relied upon data other than those in Statements A through P in [§ 154.312](/cfr/18/154.312.md) in support of its general rate change, such other data must be identified and submitted.
