# §153.10. Authorization not exclusive.


No authorization granted pursuant to [subpart B](/cfr/18/subpartB.md) of this part and section 3 of the Natural Gas Act shall be deemed to prevent the Commission from granting authorization under [subpart B](/cfr/18/subpartB.md) to any other person at the same general location, or to prevent any other person from making application for such authorization.
