# §9.3. Provisions referenced.


Except as otherwise provided in this part, the following provisions of the Commission's rules relating to reparations contained in [part 12](/cfr/17/part12.md) of this chapter apply to this part: [§ 12.3](/cfr/17/12.3.md) (Business address; hours); [§ 12.5](/cfr/17/12.5.md) (Computation of time); [§ 12.6](/cfr/17/12.6.md) (Extensions of time; adjournments; postponements); [§ 12.7](/cfr/17/12.7.md) (Ex parte communications in reparation proceedings); and [§ 12.12](/cfr/17/12.12.md) (Signature).
