# §41.34. Exempt Provisions.


Any board of trade notice-designated as a contract market in security futures products pursuant to [§ 41.31](/cfr/17/41.31.md) also shall be exempt from:

- (a) **The following provisions of the Act, pursuant to section 5f(b)(1) of the Act—**
  - (1) [Section 4(c)(c)](/cfr/17/4.md?p=c-c);
  - (2) [Section 4(c)(e)](/cfr/17/4.md?p=c-e);
  - (3) [Section 4(c)(g)](/cfr/17/4.md?p=c-g);
  - (4) [Section 4j](/cfr/17/4j.md);
  - (5) [Section 5](/cfr/17/5.md);
  - (6) [Section 5c](/cfr/17/5c.md);
  - (7) [Section 6a](/cfr/17/6a.md);
  - (8) [Section 8(d)](/cfr/17/8.md?p=d);
  - (9) [Section 9(f)](/cfr/17/9.md?p=f);
  - (10) [Section 16](/cfr/17/16.md) and;
- (b) **The following provisions, pursuant to section 5f(b)(4) of the Act—**
  - (1) [Section 6(a)](/cfr/17/6.md?p=a);
  - (2) [Part 38](/cfr/17/part38.md) of this chapter;
  - (3) [Part 40](/cfr/17/part40.md) of this chapter; and
  - (4) [Section 41.27](/cfr/17/41.27.md).
