# §37.601. Additional sources for compliance.


Until such time that compliance is required under [part 151](/cfr/17/part151.md) of this chapter, a swap execution facility may refer to the guidance and/or acceptable practices in appendix B of this part to demonstrate to the Commission compliance with the requirements of [§ 37.600](/cfr/17/37.600.md).
