# §290.1. Applicability of this part.


This part (Regulation EBRD) prescribes the reports to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) pursuant to [section 9(a)](/cfr/17/9.md?p=a) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Act.
