# §289.1. Applicability of this part.


This part (Regulation IFC) prescribes the reports to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) pursuant to [section 13(a)](/cfr/17/13.md?p=a) of the International Finance Corporation Act.
