# §287.1. Applicability of this part.


This part (Regulation AD) prescribes the reports to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the Asian Development Bank pursuant to [section 11(a)](/cfr/17/11.md?p=a) of the Asian Development Bank Act.
