# §286.1. Applicability of this part.


This part (Regulation IA) prescribes the reports to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the Inter-American Development Bank pursuant to [section 11(a)](/cfr/17/11.md?p=a) of the Inter-American Development Bank Act.
