# §285.1. Applicability of part.


This part (Regulation BW), prescribes the reports to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development pursuant to [section 15(a)](/cfr/17/15.md?p=a) of the Bretton Woods Agreements Act.
