# §279.2. Form ADV-W, notice of withdrawal from registration as investment adviser.


This form shall be filed pursuant to [Rule 203-2](/cfr/17/203-2.md) ([§ 275.203-2](/cfr/17/275.203-2.md) of this chapter) by a registered investment adviser as a notice of withdrawal from registration as such under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
