# §274.223. Form N-RN, Current report, open- and closed-end investment company reporting.


This form shall be used by registered open-end management investment companies, or series thereof, and closed-end management investment companies, to file reports pursuant to [§ 270.18f-4(c)(7)](/cfr/17/270.18f-4.md?p=c-7) and [§ 270.30b1-10](/cfr/17/270.30b1-10.md) of this chapter.
