# §274.222. Form N-CR, Current report of money market fund material events.


This form shall be used by registered investment companies that are regulated as money market funds under [§ 270.2a-7](/cfr/17/270.2a-7.md) of this chapter to file current reports pursuant to [§ 270.30b1-8](/cfr/17/270.30b1-8.md) of this chapter within the time periods specified in the form.
