# §274.203. Form 4, statement of changes in beneficial ownership of securities.


This form shall be filed pursuant to [§ 270.30h-1](/cfr/17/270.30h-1.md) for statements of changes in beneficial ownership of securities required to be filed pursuant to section 30(h) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 ([15 U.S.C. 80a-29(h)](/usc/15/80a-29.md?p=h)). (Same as [§ 249.104](/cfr/17/249.104.md) of this chapter.)
