# §274.201. Form N-MFP, portfolio holdings of money market funds.


This form shall be used by registered open-end management investment companies that are regulated as money market funds under [§ 270.2a-7](/cfr/17/270.2a-7.md) of this chapter to file reports pursuant to [§ 270.30b1-7](/cfr/17/270.30b1-7.md) of this chapter no later than the fifth business day of each month.
