# §274.129. Form N-PX, annual report of proxy voting record.


This form shall be used by registered management investment companies, other than small business investment companies registered on Form N-5 (§§ [239.24](/cfr/17/239.24.md) and [274.5](/cfr/17/274.5.md) of this chapter), for annual reports to be filed not later than August 31 of each year, containing the company's proxy voting record for the most recent twelve-month period ended June 30, pursuant to section 30 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and [§ 270.30b1-4](/cfr/17/270.30b1-4.md) of this chapter.
