# §249.822. Form 19b-7, for electronic filing with respect to proposed rule changes by self-regulatory organizations under Section 19(b)(7)(A) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.


This form shall be used by self-regulatory organizations, as defined in section 3(a)(25) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ([15 U.S.C. 78c(a)(25)](/usc/15/78c.md?p=a-25)), to file electronically proposed rule changes with the Commission pursuant to section 19(b)(7) of the Act ([15 U.S.C. 78s(b)(7)](/usc/15/78s.md?p=b-7)) and [§ 240.19b-7](/cfr/17/240.19b-7.md) of this chapter.
