# §239.44. Form SF-1, registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933 for offerings of asset-backed securities.


This Form shall be used for registration under the Securities Act of 1933 of all offerings of asset-backed securities, as defined in [17 CFR 229.1101(c)](/cfr/17/229.1101.md?p=c).
