# §232.14. Paper filings not accepted without exemption.


The Commission will not accept in paper format any filing required to be submitted electronically under Rules [100](/cfr/17/100.md) and [101](/cfr/17/101.md) of Regulation S-T (§§ [232.100](/cfr/17/232.100.md) and [232.101](/cfr/17/232.101.md) respectively), unless the filing satisfies the requirements for a temporary or continuing hardship exemption under Rule [201](/cfr/17/201.md) or [202](/cfr/17/202.md) of Regulation S-T (§§ [232.201](/cfr/17/232.201.md) or [232.202](/cfr/17/232.202.md) respectively).
