# §23.204. Reports to swap data repositories.

- (a) **Reporting of swap transaction data to swap data repositories.** Each swap dealer and major swap participant shall report all information and data in accordance with [part 45](/cfr/17/part45.md) of this chapter.
- (b) **Electronic reporting of swap transaction data.** Each swap dealer and major swap participant shall have the electronic systems and procedures necessary to transmit electronically all information and data required to be reported in accordance with [part 45](/cfr/17/part45.md) of this chapter.
