# §16.06. Errors or omissions.


Unless otherwise approved by the Commission or its designee, reporting markets shall file corrections to errors or omissions in data previously filed with the Commission pursuant to §§ [16.00](/cfr/17/16.00.md) and [16.01](/cfr/17/16.01.md) in the format and using the coding structure and electronic data submission procedures approved in writing by the Commission or its designee.
