# §12.400. Scope and applicability of rules.


The rules set forth in this subpart are applicable to proceedings forwarded pursuant to § [12.26 (b)](/cfr/17/12.26.md?p=b) and [(c)](/cfr/17/12.26.md?p=c) of these rules. Except as provided in §§ [12.106(e)](/cfr/17/12.106.md?p=e) and [12.403(b)](/cfr/17/12.403.md?p=b) of these rules, the rules set forth in this subpart are not applicable to proceedings forwarded pursuant to [§ 12.26(a)](/cfr/17/12.26.md?p=a) of the Reparation Rules.
