# §801.3. Activities in or affecting commerce.


[Section 7A(a)(1)](/cfr/16/7A.md?p=a-1) is satisfied if any entity included within the acquiring person, or any entity included within the acquired person, is engaged in commerce or in any activity affecting commerce.
