# §314.6. Exceptions.


Section [314.4(b)(1)](/cfr/16/314.4.md?p=b-1), [(d)(2)](/cfr/16/314.4.md?p=d-2), [(h)](/cfr/16/314.4.md?p=d-h), and [(i)](/cfr/16/314.4.md?p=d-i) do not apply to financial institutions that maintain customer information concerning fewer than five thousand consumers.
