# §1511.1. Scope of part 1511.


This part 1511 sets forth the requirements whereby pacifiers (as defined in [§ 1511.2(a)](/cfr/16/1511.2.md?p=a)) are not banned articles under [§ 1500.18(a)(8)](/cfr/16/1500.18.md?p=a-8) of this chapter.
