# §1402.3. Definitions.

- (a) The definitions in section 3 of the Consumer Product Safety Act ([15 U.S.C. 2052](/usc/15/2052.md)) apply to this part 1402.
- (b) **Antenna supporting structures, CB base station antennas,—** and TV antennas are defined in [§ 1402.1(b)(1) through (3)](/cfr/16/1402.1.md?p=b-1..b-3).
