# §1027.12. Interest, penalties, and administrative costs.


Charges may be assessed on a debt for interest, penalties, and administrative costs in accordance with [31 U.S.C. 3717](/usc/31/3717.md) and the Federal Claims Collection Standards, [4 CFR 101.1](/cfr/4/101.1.md) et seq.
