# §1025.61. Who may make appearances.


A party or participant may appear in person, or by a duly authorized officer, partner, regular employee, or other agent of the party or participant, or by counsel or other duly qualified representative, in accordance with [§ 1025.65](/cfr/16/1025.65.md).
