# §1018.61. Statutory advisory committees.


A new charter shall be filed for each statutory advisory committee in accordance with section 9(c) of the Advisory Committee Act and [§ 1018.11](/cfr/16/1018.11.md) upon the expiration of each successive two-year period following the date of enactment of the statute establishing or requiring the establishment of the committee.
