# §1.61. Injunctions.


In those cases where the Commission has reason to believe that it would be to the interest of the public, the Commission will apply to the courts for injunctive relief, pursuant to the authority granted in [section 13](/cfr/16/13.md) of the Federal Trade Commission Act.
