# §1.149. Adoption of miscellaneous rules.


[Part 4](/cfr/16/part4.md) of this subchapter is adopted into this subpart and governs proceedings under this subpart, and, within §§ [4.2](/cfr/16/4.2.md) and [4.4](/cfr/16/4.4.md), references to “[part 3](/cfr/16/part3.md)” shall include this subpart.
