# §990.24. Compliance with other applicable laws and regulations.

- (a) **Worker health and safety.** When taking actions under this part, trustees must comply with applicable worker health and safety considerations specified in the NCP for response actions.
- (b) **Natural Resources protection.** When acting under this part, trustees must ensure compliance with any applicable consultation, permitting, or review requirements, including but not limited to: the Endangered Species Act of 1973, [16 U.S.C. 1531](/usc/16/1531.md) et seq.; the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, [16 U.S.C. 1451](/usc/16/1451.md) et seq.; the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, [16 U.S.C. 703](/usc/16/703.md) et seq.; the National Marine Sanctuaries Act, [16 U.S.C. 1431](/usc/16/1431.md) et seq.; the National Historic Preservation Act, [12 U.S.C. 470](/usc/12/470.md) et seq.; the Marine Mammal Protection Act, [16 U.S.C. 1361](/usc/16/1361.md) et seq.; and the Archaeological Resources Protection Act, [16 U.S.C. 470](/usc/16/470.md) et seq.
